  • How much time per day does this challenge require?

    This challenge is designed to fit seamlessly into your routine. However, if you don’t normally prepare your meals or take time for yourself throughout the day, then you may find it takes up more of your time. All the meals can be prepared in less than 30 minutes and most activities take less than 20-30 minutes as well.

  • Will I need any special equipment or supplies?

    If you are already in the habit of preparing your food at home, you shouldn’t need any special equipment for food prep. You will need to make a trip to the grocery store before you begin the challenge to ensure you have everything yo need. None of the activities require any special equipement.

  • Are the activities tailored for beginner’s?

    Yes. The activities within the challenge can be done by anyone.

  • Can I participate if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?

    Yes. I am available by email at hello@paininthegutonline.com to discuss any dietary changes your may require. The meal plan in this challenge is intentionally simplified to reduce food intolerances and minimize the strain on your gut. The meal plan is dairy-free, gluten-free, anti-inflammatory, and vegetarian.

  • Are the activites and meal plans backed by scientific evidence?

    Absolutley. Our challenge is founded on evidence-based practices and research. It is designed by me, a certified health coach and approved by a dietician.

  • What happens after the 7-Day Challenge ends?

    Great question! After the challenge, you’ll have the opportunity to continue your journey with one of our other resources to help you make gut-healthy living a way of life. We’re here for your success, that doesn’t stop at day 7.
