You only need about 5-10 minutes each day to reflect, and you can fit it into your schedule however it works best for you. This challenge is all about creating calm and connection without adding extra stress.

A. This challenge is entirely self-paced, so you can start whenever you’re ready! Once you sign up, you’ll receive a daily email for 14 days with everything you need. You can complete each day’s prompt and activity on your own schedule, making it easy to go at your own pace and take breaks as needed. This way, you can fully enjoy and personalize your gratitude journey.

Q. What if I miss a day?

A. No worries at all! Since the challenge is self-paced, you can easily pick up where you left off if you miss a day. Each email is designed to stand alone, so you don’t have to worry about “falling behind.” The goal is to enjoy each day’s prompt as it comes, without any pressure.
