  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder

  • 1 tsp espresso powder

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1-2 drops peppermint extract (be careful here, less is more)

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (add or remove 1/2 tbsp to your preference)

  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (plain)

  • Pinch of sea salt
