Then, after years of trial and error (and finally figuring out I was lactose intolerant at 45—seriously?!), I discovered the power of gut health. Not just “take a probiotic” gut health, but real healing that comes from changing small daily habits that impact digestion, hormones, energy, and overall well-being.
I took everything I learned, became a certified holistic health and wellness coach, and created Pain in the Gut Online to help people like you stop guessing and start feeling better.
